Beloved Steve has been our home for for the last year and was meant to take us through the US, unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we have to leave Canada via air travel and find ourselves having to sell our home. We leave early November so are looking for a quick sale.
When we bought it 2 years ago there were a few water damage issues but I have spent many hours and $s rectifying all his problems.
Any areas with water damage have been cut out where necessary and replaced an new floor in the bedroom and the whole rv has been re caulked, new roof caps and re painted roof etc. the frame is in good condition and has been sprayed with anti rust paint.
He has a new awning material, newish tires ( they have driven from pei) and new drive belts
Inside
The bedroom has been remodeled with 2 new bunks with lots of storage underneath as well as shelving.
I had started on bathroom renovations so there is a new shower and bath system and a new toilet, with new flooring throughout the bedroom and bathroom
The living/kitchen space has a new pullout king size bed, new curtains, paint job, backsplash, taps, table and a roku tv
There are some bits that need finishing. A few bits of trim but nothing major
There are few minor problems that could be rectified, which are relatively inexpensive
Such as
The motor on the support legs leaks ( I have fitted manual ones for now)
This can be fixed for around $500
The generator needs work. We have never used it but I had planned to remove it and fit solar panels which can be done for around $500
Currently there is no mvi as there is a small leak in the exhaust manifold. When I took it to the local ford dealer they told me they wouldn’t fix it but would replace the whole thing which Is expensive. If you are handy or know someone with a lift than can handle it. itwould be inexpensive to fix with a leak kit or some putty etc. when the engine is up to temperature it seals itself but won’t pass an mvi like it.
There is only under 70000 kms on the engine and she drives like a dream.
We will be so sad to see her go but at the same time need it to go soon so reasonable offers will likely be accepted

This redone inside motorhome is super comfortable and sleeps 6, it has everything you need to go camping, hunting or travel wherever your heart desires. Working kitchen and bathroom, the fridge and stove are propane, it also have a working furnace. Lots of upgrades and small minor things that need fixing. OBO if you want a report for it, you will have to do it yourself. We have all the paperwork for all the work that has been done so therefore no need for a report.
