With our team of designers and engineers, we help you to create a comfortable, efficient building that suits your needs, and is a great environmental choice.
Anything from a garage, house, storage, to even a code compliant multi family rental building, or workers camp / bridge housing are possible.
If you can think of it, we can design & create the building! The structures are created using 8'x20' and 8'x40' modular steel units (shipping containers), which can be stacked and combined in almost every way imaginable. (interior walls can be removed). Please keep in mind that fancy configurations often need extra structural support and engineering, which can add significant costs to your project.
Keeping it simple, here are some prices for basic designs:
Storage Shed, 8'X20'. From $ 6,500
Double Garage, 20'X24' with slope roof. From $ 45,000
DON'T FORGET THIS INCLUDES THE FLOOR !!
(20'X32' only $ 60,000)
A.D.U. Heat/Cool, 20'X16' from $ 57,000 ( Gov. grants !!)
House, 2 Br 800 sf, With covered porch. From $ 100,000 !
30 people (unit-8'x10'), Bridge Housing / Workers Camp with toilets(4), showers(4), kitchen and office. From $ 550,000

Please note that we only use Clean, New (one trip) Containers.
Savings would be possible by using older containers, however due to possible chemical contamination, and the work needed to properly fix them, we DO NOT use, or recommend them. If you are really stubborn, and well aware of the disadvantages, we may still sell you one !!
