Starting in May, I will have room for one horse on my oceanfront homestead. The horses on my farm are kept in a natural outdoor setting with freedom of movement and access to three sided , well built shelters. They have access to good quality hay 24/7 - Grain and supplements, as well as medications will be fed as needed, but are the owner’s expense. I have extensive experience in horse care, especially for senior or special needs horses.
My farrier visits every 8 weeks.
This would be the ideal setting for someone who is mostly interested in trail riding. There is good riding /driving terrain right from the barn but no arena.

15'' seat and very comfortable to sit in!
It has a slit to add a rear billet to it.
I also have a white mohair cinch that can go with it for 15$. Blue blanket is not included.
The shearling is old and a bit roughed out at one place but horse won't notice it with a pad.
Selling as I am an english rider who wanted to try western but decided to stick to english.
Located in Shelburne, but often travel to Bridgewater and Halifax and can bring it along if needed.
