Casual Dog Walker (and Dog Enthusiast) Looking for Walking Buddy
Names Kai.
I'm someone who just enjoys being around animals and getting outside, and I’m looking to bring a dog (or a few) along on my regular walks around the Timberlea area.
I’ve got hands-on experience with dogs, including time around professionally trained border collies, and I’m comfortable with a wide range of temperaments. I’ve also worked with other animals (horses, farm animals, etc.), so I’m pretty tuned in to animal behavior overall.
What I’m offering:
- Walks 1–3 times per week (depending on location) 1-3 hours long depending on weather.
- Nature trail walks (lots of space, good stimulation)
- First come, first served basis
- Flexible and low-pressure setup
Training:
- Leash-trained dogs are a bonus
- If not, I’m totally willing to help work on leash manners over time
- mature dogs and pups welcome.
Payment:
Honestly, I’m not doing this as a business—I just enjoy the company. If you want to offer something, we can talk, but it’s not the focus.
If your dog could use some extra outdoor time (and you’re okay with a more casual, trust-based setup), feel free to reach out and tell me a bit about them!
Cheers

Hi, I’m Ivylee — a dog trainer specializing in behaviour modification and real-world, reliable obedience.
I work with dogs of all ages and temperaments, including those struggling with reactivity, poor recall, and more serious behavioural challenges.
For a limited time (until May 31st), I’m offering 50% off board & train programs for new clients.
My programs are designed to create practical, lasting results — not just obedience in controlled settings, but reliability in everyday life. Dogs are trained in a structured, in-home environment on 80 acres, with exposure to trails, town settings, livestock, and a wide range of real-world scenarios.
I bring over 8 years of hands-on experience, backed by extensive study in modern, science-based training methods. I also work alongside my mother, who has over 30 years of experience, particularly with high-risk and last-chance cases.
At this time, board & train programs (minimum 2 weeks) are my primary offering. Limited private sessions may be available on a case-by-case basis.
