This land is along the Athol forestry coop road in Southampton, Nova Scotia. Two of the four sides border roads and comprises mix age and species of trees. The local ATV and Snowmobile club use parts of the athol forestry coop road for as their trail and this property is 400m away from it. The Maccan River flows near the property with forestry roads to travel on from the property to access. The chignecto wildlife preserve is less than a km away which can be access by logging roads as well. I am open to renting the land on an annual basis or selling. If renting the property can be cleared by the renter for a plot to put a building or camper. Leasing for $2200/ years or $25,000 to purchase property.
