Bring your own furniture for room. Desk and wardrobe (only shelves) can be moved out.

Best suited for single bed for more space, a double bed is getting tight.
All utilities included in 450 rent. Half rent for down deposit needed.

Apartment has a heat pump so base board heat hardly if ever needs to be turned on especially in summer.
I'm 26, mature and work a lot. Easy going to a certain extent. Be great for someone like minded, mature and respectful of my things and cats.
No parties. No smoking inside. No kids. No other pets.
Keep room clean and help keep apartment clean.
Apartment is located in Middleton close to all amenities.
Must like Cats, I have two.
