Description
I have several pieces of land I want to sell. Largest is 19.5 acres and runs between two lakes. PID 90332594. The larger lake is English Clearwater Lake in Belleville NS. There is road access, but I don’t have legal access.
Second lot is 7.8 acres, PID 90069089 it’s on French Clearwater lake near Pubnico NS.
I don’t know what to ask for these, but will answer questions if you send your number and when I should call you.
Also selling a 1.6 acre lot on Eastern shore rd. Port Medway. PID 70095708. I’ll be listing this with an agent by Monday for $30,000. It has a strong stream that runs along its south border.
Last lot is PID 70243423. It is a very small 1/4 acre on Little Tupper Lake, which is the only legal access despite a road that very nearly runs along the southern property line. It’s for sale for $25,000. If you can convince the ornery neighbor to give you access it’s easily worth double that.
