Fiona rearranged some trees, so new, fresh landscaping being done! Please note, price posted in ad does not include the Mobile Home. Land currently has a mobile home on it. Pictures in ad were taken in 2019 when the land was being prepared to bring the Mobile Home on. Mobile Home will be moved in the next while, just seeing if there are any interested buyers. The land has a well with very good, clean, fresh water. Well was drained and sides of well were scrubbed down and allowed to fill back up. This was done a few times! New foot valve and pipes were put back in the well. The septic tank was also emptied, and new sewer lines were put in from septic tank up to where it connects to the Mobile Home.
