How you will contribute
You prepare the ingredients for the pasta according to the recipe and load it into the production machine for cooking.

As a Batch Mixer you will:
-Ensure proper ingredients and spices are available for the production recipe.
-Follow recipes for adding ingredients.
-Follow proper stages during the mixing process.
-Deliver to the depositor box.
-After emptying the mixing bowl, remove it and take it to the washing room,
-All other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 year experience as a mixer (preferably in manufacturing)
-Good command of English – written and verbal
-Able to read and understand measurements, follow directions – verbal & written in English
-Is a demonstrated team player and can also work independently
-Able to follow GMP and HACCP instructions

Physical Demands
-You will stand/sit for long periods of time.
-You will engage in frequent bending, stooping or squatting.
-Due to the environment, you will work in various weather and temperature conditions which include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
-You will work in tight or enclosed spaces.
