I am seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to assist me as Personal Care Attendants. I am a 34-year-old male living with C5/6 quadriplegia. No experience is required. $22 - $25/hour. **Not a cash job**

I work full time, 9-5 Monday through Friday and drive using adapted controls in my van. I try to be as independent as possible but my physical limitations mean that I largely depend on the help of others to carry out certain essential daily activities on a routine basis. Assistance is required in the mornings to get me out of bed, in the evenings to assist with toileting and getting me back into bed, as well as some afternoons and evenings for meal prep and light housekeeping.

Available Shifts:
Mornings
• Mon to Fri - up to 2 hours starting around 6am
• Sat, Sun - up to 2 hours starting around 8am
Evenings
• Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat - 1 -2 hours starting around 8pm
• Sun, Tues, Thurs - Up to 3 hours starting around 7:30pm (bm routine)
There will also be some afternoons on weekends and earlier evenings during the week that I will require assistance with meal prep and/or light housekeeping.

Anyone that is hired will be put on payroll and will be subject to regular payroll deductions including CPP contributions, Employment Insurance premiums and Income Tax.
Vacation Pay will be calculated based on the amount you earn and will be added to each pay cheque.
Hourly wages will be paid bi-weekly by cheque only (no cash, etransfer or direct deposit).
Social Insurance Number (SIN) is required.
