CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Our growth team is rapidly expanding and we are currently hiring for two full-time and work from home positions: Benefits Advisor and Agency Sales Director.

The Benefits Advisor role (annual earnings: $45,000-$75,000+) is primarily a client facing role. You will help clients assess their insurance needs, provide information about insurance policies, and help clients select policies that meet their individual needs. You will also be responsible for following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their policies and maintain accurate records.

The Sales Director role (annual earnings: $100,000-$150,000+) incorporates the basic responsibilities of the Advisor role however you will primarily focus on hiring, training, and maintaining a sales team. As a Director you are the coach and talent developer. You would be responsible for successful talent acquisition efforts combined with ongoing development of advisors and leaders while ensuring performance targets are met with consistency. The Sales Director will also be working in conjunction with the CEO and our Executive Directors to collaborate on profitability and expansion strategies.

Globe Life is also the official life insurance company for the Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas Cowboys, and Texas Rangers.

MARKETING
Globe Life has a dedicated Public Relations & Marketing Department that leverages deeply rooted business relationships with companies across North America which allows us to directly serve their members. Additionally our social media marketing campaigns allow us to diversify and broaden our networks to attract new clients.

Simply put, these efforts translate into absolutely zero cold calling or prospecting for your own clients. Leads are provided and distributed on a weekly basis.
