This freshwater 2000 Fountain Lightning is loaded with all available options from factory. Mercury 502 MPI 450 hp marine engines were just serviced with new sea pumps, and fresh oil changes. Engines were custom built by Bullet Engines. Engines have 45 hours since rebuild. Mercury Bravo 1 outdrives were just fully serviced with new gear lube. Mercury Bravo 4 blade props just redone by Kawartha propeller. Boat sits on a MYCO tandem axle trailer in excellent condition. Selling a Chrysler 318 (225HP) marine V8 removed from our 1973 26’ Trojan Express.
Engine was rebuilt and has approximately 200 hours of use over the past five years, mostly short beach trips. It runs strong and reliably and was well maintained throughout its use. This is a complete plug and play setup and includes the Velvet Drive transmission.
Freshwater use only operated exclusively in the Great Lakes.
Stored properly in a heated shop since removal.
We no longer own the boat, which is the only reason for selling.
