I met Keith in August of 2021 walking along the waterfront pathway in Kingston. He lives in his little boat Yoki Linto during the summer in Portsmouth Harbour, a wonderful place to live and play. Yoki Linto means River Bird in Finnish. I think that is a beautiful name for a beautiful little sail boat. My name is Lisa. Yoki is White with a blue stripe and red bottom.
She spent the winters between 2018-22 on the shore in her cradle. She has a 4 stroke outboard motor. Her second set of sails are racing sails and have spent their time in the trunk of Keith's little sports car. He never used them. We think Yoki is worth 10k. We would love Yoki to meet you. Now Keith lives here with me so he doesn't need little Yoki to live in pluse he still has his big boat Shadowfax IV to sail in. So that is why we are selling her. Reasonable offers.

The good:
- new Alternator Stator just installed
- new battery
- do up a couple of exhaust bolts, drop the battery in and the boat can be used, it works
- engine was winterized properly last fall and has not been started since
- trailer and cover included

The Bad:
- the engine block has cracked at the balancer chamber and the balancer is not working, judging by the rust on the balancer this happened some time ago but the boat still works.
- the upholstery is in rough shape
- the front navigation light needs a new lens
- the gas gauge doesn't work
