2021 House Boat: This is a very unique, and incredibly built floating cottage. It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower, electric/composting toilet. Also includes air conditioning unit, fridge, induction burner, microwave, hot water heater and a custom sized roll top glass panel door out to the patio where you can sit and enjoy the world go by. Very spacious and bright inside, large brand new high quality windows and a skylight above the kitchen area. Will come fully furnished. Once on it you will feel how sturdy and stable it is. It is also very well insulated keeping the inside comfortable and quiet. When a small boat goes by it will bob a little but no side tilting. You may add a rooftop deck. - engine was winterized properly last fall and has not been started since
- trailer and cover includedThe Bad:
- the engine block has cracked at the balancer chamber and the balancer is not working, judging by the rust on the balancer this happened some time ago but the boat still works.
- the upholstery is in rough shape
- the front navigation light needs a new lens
- the gas gauge doesn't work
