Honda Four-Stroke Engine Design

The BF9.9s utilize a, twin cylinder, in-line, OHC design powerhead. World-renowned Honda quality combines proven reliability and quiet operation with no gas-oil mixing.

Pendulum-Motion Vibration Dampening

An exclusive Honda feature, the pendulum-motion mounting system for the powerhead helps absorb the vibration, including longitudinal vibration, which was difficult to reduce successfully by conventional rubber mounts. The pendulum mount does this without the use of a heavy balancer shaft, which also significantly reduces overall weight.

Increased Reverse Thrust

When reversing, the exhaust gases are diverted through additional exhaust relief ports above the cavitation plate, allowing the propeller to back up into clean, bubble-free water, thereby increasing reverse thrust.

I purchased this 20 foot cuddy cabin from the original owner when it was 8 years old and have owned it ever since. This boat has always been properly maintained and cared for during its life with me. The interior was all redone at one point and the camper top was replaced and is still in decent shape. The hour meter shows approximately 900 hours but I believe the actual engine hours are about 600 hours. This discrepancy in hours is due to the fact the hour meter runs when the key is left on which happens quite often. I would be happy to give any interested party a full explanation of how this boat was used, stored and maintained. It has always been used by me on lake Temagami and stored inside for all months that it was not in the water. The boat comes with a tandem axel trailer, camper top, mooring cover and winter storage cover. The toilet has never been used. This boat has a 260 horsepower merc-cruiser and most Holiday models came with a 6 cylinder engine. It also comes with an 8 horsepower Honda outboard kicker engine. The bottom line is it is an older good running solid boat that will provide many more years of enjoyment. I am selling this boat as I have bought another boat.
