First bedroom has a full size bed with plenty of storage underneath and full cabinets with mirrors on either side. Television from main room can rotate in towards the primary room for comfortable viewing from bed. Main room features a full kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, small oven and sink. As well a pull out couch and table seating area that coverts into a bed. Bathroom has a tub with shower head, sink with medicine cabinet and a flushing toilet. The back bedroom has bunks on one side and a seating area with table that converts into a bottom bunk. The top bunk can be folded up into the wall to allow for more head room when using the table. Enjoy relaxing with all the comforts of home in this gently used 2017 Sport trek Travel Trailer currently located at Pigeon Lake Trailer Park, on the Kawartha Lakes. The trailer is situated on a beautiful large corner lot with many amenities just steps away. In the past few years a new deck & new hard top roof have been added, creating a large outdoor area to relax, entertain and cook in the large outdoor kitchen area. The lot also has a 8x10 shed for storage, with an extra fridge in it.
There are 3 slide outs and this trailer has been well cared for and maintained, it was resealed last year. Inside the trailer it can sleep 8-10, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 3 bunks in the 2nd bedroom and 2 pull out couches. There are multiple entertainment areas in the trailer and plenty of storage options. The kitchen is very roomy with an island and dinette area. There is a/c for those hot summer days and the option to use propane or electric heating, for those cool evenings. The trailer also features an electric fireplace.
There are many family fun events every year in this park, from dances, corn roast, bbq's to karaoke, and tons of things to do in Pigeon Lake trailer park, such as 2 pools to enjoy, a bouncy pillow for kids, multiple play parks, mini putt, bocce ball etc.,…… There is also a store, laundry area and shower rooms available. This large park is on Pigeon Lake and offers boat docks, giving you access to explore multiple lakes connected through the Trent waterway.
It has been a true joy to bring our family to this park, we have so many great memories and have made a lot of new friends. The couch is a Queen size hide-a bed in the add-on which is excellent for extra guests. The privacy blind that goes on the porch stays as well. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are not included. Most of the decor is staying except a few things that belong to the family (ice fishing poles in the net decor plus the starfish and Perth sign) Both TV’s are included. 2nd owner. Spent most of its life in California so there is zero rust. All receipts and paperwork from new. Interior is in fantastic condition. Tv is gone, upgraded stereo and back up camera. Don’t need to sell, my better half bought a bigger rv to accommodate her dogs. No sense in it just sitting. 75 k miles. Camper is now stored indoors for winter, coming out soon. Had to have inspection done for insurance, mechanic said ‘mint condition’. I’m not claiming it’s perfect but it really is virtually rust free. There is no play at all in the steering. Has the 318 engine. Will sell certified. Has 100w portable solar panel and not yet installed 1000w Renogy inverter. Small Zamp solar panel, customer storage cover. Thanks for looking.
