Enjoy relaxing with all the comforts of home in this gently used 2017 Sport trek Travel Trailer currently located at Pigeon Lake Trailer Park, on the Kawartha Lakes. The trailer is situated on a beautiful large corner lot with many amenities just steps away. In the past few years a new deck & new hard top roof have been added, creating a large outdoor area to relax, entertain and cook in the large outdoor kitchen area. There is a/c for those hot summer days and the option to use propane or electric heating, for those cool evenings. The trailer also features an electric fireplace.
There are many family fun events every year in this park, from dances, corn roast, bbq's to karaoke, and tons of things to do in Pigeon Lake trailer park, such as 2 pools to enjoy, a bouncy pillow for kids, multiple play parks, mini putt, bocce ball etc.,…… There is also a store, laundry area and shower rooms available. This large park is on Pigeon Lake and offers boat docks, giving you access to explore multiple lakes connected through the Trent waterway.
It has been a true joy to bring our family to this park, we have so many great memories and have made a lot of new friends. Nice hard top convertible . Needs TLC on paint. Mechanically car runs great . Low miles 90’000 miles =145000 kms . Was safetied in 2023 spring . 2nd owner. Spent most of its life in California so there is zero rust. All receipts and paperwork from new. Interior is in fantastic condition. Tv is gone, upgraded stereo and back up camera. Had to have inspection done for insurance, mechanic said ‘mint condition’. I’m not claiming it’s perfect but it really is virtually rust free. There is no play at all in the steering. Has the 318 engine. Will sell certified. Has 100w portable solar panel and not yet installed 1000w Renogy inverter. Small Zamp solar panel, customer storage cover. Thanks for looking.
