I'm seeking an investor/partner to launch a new cannabis retail store in Saskatoon. What I bring:
- 10+ years in the cannabis industry — retail, processing, brand development, and wholesale
- Deep knowledge of federal and provincial regulations
- A polished retail brand already designed and ready to deploy
- A lean store concept that gets us operational for a fraction of typical startup costs
- A full-service contractor (close friend) committed to handling all build-out and renovations
- Preferred wholesale terms already secured through an existing relationship with a major SK cannabis distributor — meaning we can stock our shelves at little to no upfront cost
I'm a builder. I have the vision, the experience, and the industry connections to make this work. What I need is a capital partner to get us off the ground.

Startup costs are mapped out. $75K is a comfortable launch — and we can get it done for as little as $60K if needed. I'm flexible on investment and partnership structure.
