Are you experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety?
Description
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety and have access to the Internet to complete questionnaires on their phone or computer.
You will be asked to complete psychological questionnaires that ask you questions about your thoughts and emotions. These questionnaires take approximately half an hour to complete each time, and you will be asked to complete these once per month for four months. All procedures are completed remotely. All participants will be compensated for the time it takes to complete assessments.
To qualify, you must be 18 to 65 years of age, fluent in English, and currently experiencing symptoms of depression (e.g., lonely, sad, hopeless, depressed, withdrawn) or anxiety (e.g., anxious, nervous, scared, tense, panic). Individuals with the following do not qualify for the study: serious neurological or physical health concerns, complex mental illness (i.e., schizophrenia or bipolar disorder), and substance use concerns that impacted the ability to function in the last year.
How to get started: Please respond to this post to get access to the study’s link, which includes reading more about the study and a brief screen to determine your eligibility. For faster turnaround time, please leave your email so the link can be sent to you directly.
