* Organize evaluation activities from initial preparation through mass production (MPE).
* Coordinate start-up manufacturing processes for new products.

* Coordinate all ongoing engineering changes (ECI’s, PPCR’s) associated with their project portfolio.

* This is a full-time permanent position for 8 hours day shifts Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:
Childcare Support:
- Provide attentive care for the toddler and infant, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs
- Engage in age-appropriate activities, playtime, and educational stimulation
- Assist with feeding, bathing, and bedtime routines
- Accompany the children on outings, appointments, and activities as required
- Daycare/school preparation including drop-offs and pick-ups
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding the children as neededHousehold Management:
- Light daily housekeeping duties, including household organization and tidying
- Manage inventory of household supplies and necessities, ensuring items are well-stocked
- Keep kitchen tidy and clean (e.g. load and unload dishwasher, hand washing dishes, counter cleaning)
- Wash, fold, and put away laundry
- Schedule and manage household repairs and upkeep (cleaning service, etc.)
- Remove garbage and recyclables
- Light property maintenance (e.g. water and care for plants, sweeping steps, supplementary snow shoveling, etc.)Parent Support and Logistics:
