We are seeking a hard working and intrinsically motivated individual to join our fast pace automotive garage. To be successful as a Supervisor, you should have strong mechanical skills and adhere to all safety procedures and practices.
The Supervisor’s responsibilities include:
Plans, monitors, and appraises job results. Conducts training. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
Prior experience preferred, but NOT required.
Performing regular maintenance on customer vehicles which include:
Replacing Engine/Cabin/Fuel/Oil/Transmission Filters
Changing Engine/Transmission/Differential/Transfercase/Powersteering Oil
Replacing wiperblades
Performing tire rotations to ensure even tire wear
Testing tire pressure and adding air as needed
Thoroughly inspecting customers’ vehicles for oil leaks
Service advising the customer about their vehicles needs for preventative maintenance
Tire change over on wheels and off wheels
Rustproofing
Headlight Restoration

Full time
Pay will be determined based off experience.
