We are a well-established South Asian fashion retailer in Brampton specializing in bridal wear, lehengas, sarees, salwar suits, menswear, jewelry, and accessories. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused **Sales Associate** who is passionate about fashion and enjoys helping customers find the perfect outfit for every occasion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys styling clients, working with bridal customers, creating social media content, and being part of a fast-paced retail environment.

## Responsibilities:

* Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
* Assist customers with selecting sarees, lehengas, suits, menswear, jewelry, and accessories.
* Style bridal and special occasion clients with confidence and professionalism.
* Fold, organize, steam, and merchandise clothing displays.
* Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
* Enter and manage custom clothing orders using iPads and computer systems.
* Respond to customer inquiries in-store, over the phone, and online.
* Create and post engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
* Assist with inventory, merchandising, and maintaining an organized showroom.
* Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

## Qualifications

* Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
* **Knowledge of Indian ethnic clothing (sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, sherwanis, etc.) is a strong asset.**
* Fluent in **English** and **Hindi and/or Punjabi**.
* Comfortable using computers, iPads, Microsoft Office, POS systems, and learning new software.
* Experience using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms for business is required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
