I’m an aquarium-plant hobbyist, and occasionally my tanks produce more growth than I need. When that happens, I may have some extra plants available. Icelandic Chickens are a type of chicken from Iceland. They are a landrace fowl which are rare outside their native country. They have been present on the island since introduction by Norse settlers in the 9th century. Icelandic chickens are hardy in different climates, thrifty and make excellent farm and ranch birds. These chickens are known for their hardiness, foraging ability, and strong maternal instincts, thriving in harsh conditions. These chickens outperform most other breeds in hardiness, egg laying reliability, hatch rate, intelligence and ability to avoid predators and are well suited for the Canadian winters. Icelandic chickens are a hardy breed and consistent layers even through the winter and they have excellent broodiness and foraging ability even in snowy weather.
The chickens have been raised in a free range setting and have followed organic feed principles. Chicks are $20 or $200 for a dozen.

As it is extremely important to me to source my specimens ethically, I am always willing to purchase naturally deceased, frozen feeder animals, or breeder culls/failure to thrive animals for a reasonable fee.

Hi Y'all!
Looking for recommendations on rescues for adopting dogs.
We recently said good bye to our beloved corgi and want to start the process of finding another dog to give a home.
We currently have a fixed male coonhound/lab (Arlo) who is 7 years old. Medium energy and would love company. Arlo does gravitate towards female dogs and respects their space.
I'm home 90% of the time. Take Arlo (pictured above) on at least 2 walks a day. We also like to go on hikes through the woods. We like to do lots of off leash, but we positive train recall and carry leashes and treats. Our house is rural surrounded by forest and marsh/field. It's mostly fenced (front and sides making road access blocked off) and my dogs have a dog door for freedom.
Any information is appreciated. Adoption fees are not an issue.
Just putting feelers out into the universe to help guide our next dog home.

Hi! I am looking for some unwanted or freezer burnt meat for my dogs. They are in terrible shape, with both of them suffering fur loss, constant itching, licking, gnawing creating red, raw skin. The vet tells me it's an environmental allergies, but outside of a prescription for Apoquel, they have no answers.
I have resisted a raw diet, only because of the cost. If anyone has any meat, please message me. I can pick up from London area, or as far away as an hour away from London. I don't mind paying a small amount per pound. Expired meat is great, as long as it's been frozen. I really do appreciate any help! My dogs Liberty and Freedom thank you as well!
