ISO long term rental:
Full time employed couple with good credit and references. She’s a software engineer, he’s a welder.
Looking for hands-off landlord with home in/around Strathroy (no London)
2 bd + office or 3 bd. 1.5 (or more) bath
Garage
Whole house, no upper lower situations
Yard space with ability to have food gardens- this is why we want to move we currently don’t have any outdoor space and would like to be able to enjoy a yard.
Will do lawn care. Able to handle non-major repairs.
If you are a landlord who wants to sit back and make income from your property and not have to deal with tenants much or worry about your investment, then we are a good match. We aren’t in a rush :) happy to wait for the right place.
