I have a room for rent in a quiet two bedroom house. It’s me and my husband. We do have a dog and cat so no pets preferred. Shared kitchen, bathroom, back yard and front. Nothing fancy or spectacular at this point. My daughter was in that room but moved her to the master bedroom! We are both smokers that does not bother us, but may bother non smokers. We live at 304 Glenridge Avenue (Unit 1), St. Catharines in the townhouse complex on the corner of Glenridge and Glendale.
We are a fun and super chill group that respect each others private time and space while also loving to hang out and have a good time with each other. The majority of us are Theatre students and are a "green friendly" household (if you catch my drift). We will often have a drink or two, share a meal, watch a movie together, or even play games and just hang. Additionally, we have a furry companion living with us in the form of an incredibly sweet and loving cat.
