Currently, we are doing a deal with 4 tradesmen from Canada in which they each put in 8 thousand dollars, we supply the land and we will build a 2 bed Cabana with a kitchen, 50/50. So that when they decide to come down to Nicaragua they have a place to stay, and when they are not there we will rent out the Cabana and split the rent.
There are endless possibilities for our land, just last year we had interest from the river rock hotel franchise. Unfortunately, they went with a different location for there Nicaragua hotel.
