I'm 23 and looking for an a apartment in Peterborough preferably around Fleming college I'm from northern Ontario and would like to have my own space for when my boy friend comes to visit because he will be working out of town a majority of the time. Looking for a one bedroom space I won't know anyone there and won't have pets so noise and animals won't be an issue. Looking for a one year lease possibly two depending on convenience and Relationship with landlord. Will need this space come august 2020 trying to pre plan and am willing to start making payments to guarantee my space. Visitors would only be family and boyfriend and that would not be often. Just looking for a space to call my own that I don't have to share with anyone else and want to be able to have my mom dad or boyfriend visit when they can.
