Hello! My family is looking to relocate to a new home in Peterborough. It is for myself, my husband, and our two children (both under the age of 4). We also have two indoor cats, Luci and Sirius.
We moved back to the area in the summer of this year, but the home we presently rent is far too large for us. While we love our home, it is also very costly, being ++, and heating 3 floors plus a basement for a family of 4 is unnecessary.
We are looking for an all inclusive rental, preferably not a basement (out of respect for neighbours, since our little rascals can get a bit rowdy and playful!) A 3 bedroom is the goal, but our kids are happy to share a room together, so 2 bedrooms would also be great.
Our budget is maxed out at $2000 all inclusive, and we would love it to be less (wouldn’t everyone?) - my husband is presently on a medical leave for a couple of months so things are much tighter than usual. Typically, we both work very good jobs and hope to be back to normal shortly.
