Hello and Welcome to Pierwater Custom Construction, winners of the Best of Trusted Pros Award!
We've been in business for years, won awards, and have plenty of positive referrals, feedback and references.
In fact, about 10% of our work is on properties owned by other contractors!
If you're talking to your contractor handyman as a prospect for your project, be sure to have them provide evidence of WSIB coverage, E&O insurance coverage, their business license, incorporation number, and any other data that they might provide.
Our experience has been that about 3/4 of the handymen and renovators operating locally don't have these things, and this puts you and your home at great risk.
Known locally as "The Friendly Pros", we're your residential full-service designer/builder/renovator, providing everything you need from soup to nuts! From excavation, concrete, structures and framing to complete finishing touches and everything in between.
Locally owned & staffed, we use only the very best, insured local tradespeople, serving Hastings County, Northumberland County & Prince Edward County.
Ask us about:
*Full Concept to Design Planning
*Excavation, Lot Clearing, Landscaping, Site Preparation, Finish Grading, Septic Installations, Wells
*Concrete Specializing in Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) - ask us why ICF is the ONLY sensible way to build in 2023
*Framing to Finish Carpentry
*All Exterior Finishes, Roofing, Windows, Doors
*Interior & Basement Finishing (Insulation, Vapor Barriers, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Paint, Flooring)
*Out-buildings, Century Home Renovation, Air BNB and Legal Apartment Conversions, In-Law Suiteswww.PierwaterCustom.com

Top Quality Bottom Price Guaranteed!
Ran a professional business for 10 years, (roofed for 20) and I’ve gone off-grid, cheapest in town guaranteed.
Best quality in the biz hands down, I bet my life on it.
I worked for the highest paying companies across Canada, and now I don’t need much cause I have practically no bills other than fuel, andfood, and I am sharing the wealth.
No paperwork, no bull, no fartin’ around, I get things done!
Message me with your phone number and I will call you when I have phone reception.
My price may go up drastically in the spring, don’t listen to whomever tells you a roof cannot be done in quality during winter, (they stock for spring to keep guys loaded with roofs) I’ve done many in minus 30 with ZERO CALLBACKS!

Dryer fires are one of the leading causes of structural fires. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) reports that nearly 15,000 fires are caused each year by dryers. This results in approximately $200 million in property damage. The NFPA states that dryer exhaust vents should be cleaned on an annual basis for fire prevention.
*Benefits of Annual Dryer Vent Cleaning*
"You might be surprised to learn that annual dryer vent cleaning goes beyond fire prevention; it also allows your dryer to function as it has been designed to – dry the laundry and force the moisture and hot air outdoors."
Prevention of Mold and Mildew Growth: When lint and moisture accumulate in your dryer vents, it creates an ideal environment for mold and mildew to thrive. These fungi can release spores into the air, causing allergies and respiratory problems. Regular cleaning prevents mold and mildew growth, keeping your indoor environment safe.
Energy Efficiency: Clean dryer vents improve the efficiency of your dryer. When vents are clogged with lint, your dryer must work harder and longer to dry your clothes, leading to increased energy consumption. By keeping your vents clean, you not only save on energy bills but also reduce your carbon footprint.
Extended Appliance Lifespan: A dryer that must work harder due to clogged vents is more likely to wear out faster. Annual cleaning helps prolong your dryer’s lifespan, saving you money on costly replacements or repairs.
