Bardan Virtual Sale – 136 Darlington Private

PLEASE READ All INFORMATION

We have an Excellent VIRTUAL Estate Sale at Fri 30 June 4-8pm, Sat 1 Jul 8am – 4pm, and Sunday 2 Jul 10am-4pm.

Due to strict condominium rules, we have to reserve time slots for buyers.

How to shop and book.

1. Shop for items in picture link
2. If you like an item, send etransfer.
3. Make a time reservation for pick up. First timing is on opening, each other timing is the 30 minutes per appointment (first appt Friday, 4pm. Next appt 4:30, etc).
4. Meet Bardan attendee at garage door to the complex.
5. There will be a sign. You will be escorted to the apartment to pick up item (You will need to bring extra help with large items, as there will be no help available).
6. There will be many other “smalls” to purchase while you are picking up (bring cash or etransfer).
All items can be paid via etransfer or cash. Please verify availability prior to paying.

You can also take your chances by booking a time for a visit on site to view items before purchase by emailing bardanestates@gmail.com. However, if someone reserves with an etransfer, it is sold.
As items are sold, we will remove them from the photo link prior to the sale and also at the end of each sale day, please check availability.

1. Knetchel buffet and hutch. Excellent condition with two front opening doors. Measures 60 inches wide x 20 inches deep at centre (18 inches deep at sides) x 32 inches high. Hutch measures 56 inches wide x 13 inches deep x 43 high. Price 300.00

2. Dining room table and chairs. Excellent condition with one leaf. Measures 54 inches long x 38 inches wide x 29 inches high with a clearance of 26 ½ inches. Has a 12 inch leaf. Some chairs a little loose. Price 300.00

3. Entertainment stand with storage. Drawers have slots for DVDs. Perfect for plant stand or other applications. Measures 72 ½ inches wide x 20 inches deep x 24 inches high. Price 200.00

4. MCM end table pair. Sleek design and each have a deep drawer. Sun stain where lamps were. Measures 22 inches wide x 30 inches deep x 15 inches high. Price: 300.00 for the pair

5. Young Chang baby grand piano by Wagner. Great condition and has been inspected by a professional piano tuner. Buyer is responsible to arrange delivery. Measures 57 inches wide x 39 inches high x 60 inches deep. Price 2500.00

6. MCM Queen size head board. Each side has a drawer and a storage area and shelves. Measures 100 inches wide x 42 inches high x 16 inches deep. Rear shelves measures 18 inches deep. Price 250.00

7. Queen size mattress and boxspring, Sleeping Beauty Obsession by Kingsdown. Flip-able pillow top mattress with low profile boxspring. In great condition and used with protective covers. Measures 60 inches wide x 80 inches long. Price 300.00
