Two groups of limestone large rocks With various shapes
Description
We've enjoyed each and every one of these characters .. as lawn and garden features ..but its time for someone else to do as they wish with them..
There is a dog, sheep, snail, hotdog, rabbit, squirrel, etc.
The shapes are a combination of the old white cement mortar and the limestone rocks that once made up a retaining flower garden knee wall, that was taken apart gingerly by hand and crowbar ("and blanket wrapped for transport ", wink wink ) which resulted in various naturally occurring neatto artsy garden feature shapes .. (queue in the Leon's commercial couple, lol)
Each object with its in unique shape
Is being put up for sale to recoup dismantling and gardening fees.
$5 to $40 varies upon a combination of size and object..
Large Dog $40
Large Sheep $40 (it has two heads so it can be flipped over for variety of looks with one rock)
Smalled ones maybe $20 or less.
Take them all over 30 of them for $100
You could laminate it all onto an existing wall and make a very interesting wall with artsy shapes as features with a back story of where they came from (kijiji , etc a story for grandkids etc) and with a little bit more historical digging you could also easily eventually backtrack back to the specific tenants who built the retaining wall just for that extra depth of providence and add wow to the story, to your creation and its material's use etc..
You could spend a little more for fresh quarried rocks from a landscaping supplier but then that's a less interesting and less eventful less resourceful less satisfying endeavor that doesnt involve as many awesome shapes and who can resist the recycling green angle to this $100 pricesless story :)
Yes i know where they are from
And who lived there before and who the long time owners habe been and who their property managers were etc and so there is depth to this back story and more info is part of publicly available info once i give you the stories puzzle pieces and that's after we exchange formalities :)
Show up with you truck and $100 and i might even help to load them up .. and dont forget the bubble wrap lol..
Or for $200 total upfront ..
I'll load it all up by hand,
deliver the rocks
"as is once dropped off and not as is once paid"
and unload them by hand where i can easily park my truck and head back home. I'd do that for within ontario 25km from my place. Any extra km is $4/km and i wouldnt do more than a few hundred km. Max.
