Improving sleep to protect brain health in adults aged 60 and older: Assessing a novel cognitive-behavioral program for insomnia using a multidomain web platform (REB# 2023010)
We are looking for :
Participants, aged 60 and older interested in participating in a project aiming at testing an online platform called e-SPACE Aging Well. The e-SPACE Aging Well platform offers interactive training aiming at improving participants’ knowledge while also promoting healthy lifestyle habits, notably within the realm of sleep.
Your participation:
Over the course of this project, you will be asked to complete modules that will teach you strategies aiming at fostering good sleep quality and better mental health. You will also complete questionnaires on your life habits, quizzes, at-home sleep assessments for us to follow your progression in learning strategies aiming at improving your sleep and mental health.
Participants wanted:
• Participants , aged 60 and older
• Have internet access at home
• Living in Quebec or Ontario
• Have sleep and memory complaints and be interested in improving your sleep.
• Or have no sleep or memory difficulty
