CRM Senior Application Specialist
The Senior CRM Application Specialist provides technical leadership for the maintenance and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software solution. They provide support in designing, maintaining and implementing changes in existing CRM implementations; They are responsible to implement custom plug-ins and workflows; and use Microsoft .NET to extend the existing Dynamics Platform. They provide 3rd level support for CMR Users and liaise and educate other Information Services employees regarding this support.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Software Development, Computer Programming or a related field AND several years of experience in software development, support and maintenance
Experience
In Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ Microsoft Power Platform, support and development processes
In .NET development
In systems analysis and data administration
In managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
In managing the implementation of software solution projects
In applying policies, procedures, and regulations
In troubleshooting web application issues including application, integration and data issues
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English or French Essential, Bilingual an asset
