Enterprise Agile Coaching Consultant
Description
Our National client seeks the services of a Senior Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach. This is a 12 month remote contract with occasional on-site visits in either Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa. Candidates must offer experience providing Agile Coaching to Senior Executives, Directors, and Managers on an Enterprise level.

Responsibilities
• Advising on organizational change required to support Agile adoption and transformation including management systems, processes, and practices
• Advising leaders (Executives, Directors, and Managers) on the changing role and expectations of leaders in an Agile context and coaching them in the expected mindsets and behaviors
• Advising and planning for organizational changes to various areas in support of Agile Ways of Working such as roles, skills, training, planning, and funding
Qualifications
Specific Project Requirements
• 10+ years practicing Agile, including Scrum and/or Kanban
• 5+ as a coach/transformation advisor at an enterprise level, including advising senior leaders
• Experienced and worked as a transformation coach offering support and guidance on LPM, OKRs and Business Agility
• Prior Experience in helping transform HR, Marketing into Agile ways of working preferred
Top Skills Required:
• Expert level knowledge of Agile practices, LPM and OKRs
• Experience leading or as a core member of a team delivering an Agile Transformation
• Strong and effective communication skills
Other Skills Required:
• Design and implementation of Agile work management systems at scale
• Workshop facilitation
• Agile Training facilitation
• Advanced Agile Certification
Assets:
• Bilingual in French and English
