Apple Picker, Crop Farm Labourer – Harvesting (NOC 85101)

7 Full Time Seasonal Positions available. Start date 20 Aug 2026 to Nov 05, 2026. Wage $17.60 hourly. 35-65 hours per week. Days, Weekends. Overtime pay exempt Employment Standards Act (ESA) farm employees and harvesters. 2% holiday pay. Employer Tom Watts. Location 027469 30th Sideroad, Thornbury, Ontario.

No experience required, will train. No educational requirement. No language requirement.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Thin, prune and harvest Orchard Crops (apples)
• Sort, and pack fruit at the farm
• Load, unload and transfer containers, farm produce and products for transport
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, harvesting equipment general clean up of growing, producing and packing areas
• May be required to maintain daily reports regarding health and safety requirements.
Physical demands
• Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads up to 40lbs/18.14 kg. Hand-eye coordination. Ability to distinguish between colors. Work at heights. Manual dexterity. Standing for extended periods, bending crouching, kneeling, bending or twisting the body. Making repetitive motions.

• Wet/damp, hot, cold environment.
• Outside, exposed to weather
