Did you know it’s illegal in Canada to feed livestock growth hormones? NONE of our meat will ever contain any growth hormones, we do our best to keep them as natural as possible as we do this so WE know what we are feeding our families and we know you expect the same.
We do a light grain finish to have a more tender finish.
All our processing is done in a government inspected facility and is flash frozen, steaks and roasts wrapped in butcher paper and ground is vacuum sealed
