The house is for rent December 1st, tenants are leaving, maybe sooner(house now rented) ... but lots of land to rent for an rv, camper, tent, yurt...rent some space, land...Libertarian minded, anarchist, prepper, independent types only..., .Land, space, for rent, lease, maybe sell but not for less than $200, 000, will sell it privately, must have at least 10% to put down, if so, talk to me, we can work out a deal if you are serious about purchasing...maybe a rent to own over 10, 15 years?...all sorts of possibilities .... Land, over 55 acres, lots of trees, lots of trails, streams, lakes all over the place......very private...between Campbell’s Bay and Otter lake QC. Land... off grid, no water...,.outhouse.....propane stove for cooking...wood stove for heating (will have to be replaced)...can live in it year round...If you have an RV, camper, something to live in, you can also rent some land but not close to the house......pretty flexible, looking for long term people who want to live off the land, off grid......land is about 85% treed, hills, some streams, swamps, water on the property... very private...If you move in and want to stay long term, i will not sell it unless you want it down the road...maybe rent to own?.
