Medical Assistance Service Dog Training
Description
Mutts and Motorcycles: I am a small business that has been training service dogs above ADI standards and recognized as a trainer of dogs for medical assistance in BC, Alberta, Canada and the States. I can train and certify you and your dog to meet BC and Alberta standards and assessment for provincial recognition and can certify your dog as a Service Dog in Canada and the US. In the past I have retrained ADI dogs to pass their yearly testing so the owners could keep their dogs. I train owners to be handlers and their dogs to be medical assistance dogs. With 30 years experience in training in the US and Canada I teach animal health, I am certified for training Handlers and Dogs and maintain the ADI standards for public access and service. If you have a dog that is giving you assistance but you need it to be brought to the high standards of a service dog, I can help you. If you need to find a dog to be trained to be a medical assistance dog I can work with you. I have trained dogs for Diabetes Alert, Medical Assistance dogs for Autistic Children, Mobility, Hearing Impaired, Medical Alert and PTSD, Visually Impaired and Seizure. I do travel to Calgary, and the Interior of BC for training. I can also certify your dog to be a recognized Therapy Dog and hold workshops for those who want to know what their Emotional Support or Therapy Dog needs to know before I test them. I will remain training on an individual training basis. Social distancing can be maintained in a private lesson. Cheri Kolstad Mutts and Motorcycles. Text or call. There will be no group Therapy Dog Workshops held at the studio at this time. Please contact me if you are working with your dog for an Emotional Support Dog. I would like to help you reach your goal.
