This is a single occupancy room (male preferred), shared bathroom with one male roomate. The place is in rutland close to the family YMCA and buses to UBCO and Okanagan college.
We include all utilities, laundry, wifi, street parking (no shortage) there is a kitchenette (shared with other renter) it includes a hotplate, counter top oven, full size fridge, kettle, dishes and utensils and everything you need to cook and a space to sit and eat.
No Pets (no exceptions)- we have a cat and a dog.
