Quiet, clean, respectful vaccinated, non smokers welcome to apply. No drugs. Must be a working person or a student. Must be willing to share house duties and clean up immediately after using kitchen and bathroom areas.
All inclusive with laundry privileges, utilities, wifi, kitchen privileges with designated spaces in fridge, freezer and cupboards and fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes & countertop appliances. Share bath with 2 others.
Guests of roomers are welcome on the patio, with bbq's and seating areas. No guests in house. Please bring your own bedding and towels.
