The houseboat is 36' by 11' and has 3 aluminum pontoons, allowing it to sit high and stable in the water.

• Built in 1986. Renovated in 2017. Sleeping capacity includes 2 double bunks, 2 single bunks, queen futon, and a convertible dinette.
