Steel pontoon houseboat with 4 steel legs for securing in place at a beach of your choice. 2 Bedroom, sleeps 6 adults, ikea kitchen, living room, 3 piece bathroom, flush toilet, shower. Hot/cold water to shower and both kitchen and bathroom sinks with toilet pump out from one section of pontoon. Filtered water to kitchen sink and filtered ice maker in freezer. Cedar walls throughout except in main bedroom and bathroom. Walk around and front deck. BBQ excluded. Dishes, pots pans, glassware, cutlery, bedding, furnishings all included. Life jackets and towels also included. Been on the Ottawa River each summer since 2013, upgraded the kitchen, walls, ceiling, second bedroom with bunk beds in 2024. Propane stove. Evinrude outboard motor. Solar panels and 12V batteries with inverter run 110 throughout except two fans run on 12V. Electric refrigerator.
