The 50 acres is classified as both Commercial and Residential. There is still a large barn standing on the property and a few small sheds in the back. The barn is well built and still in good condition. The creek at the back of the property is amazing and the trees and bush on both sides of it just has to be cleared up to open it up wider. There is a bridge that was used to cross the creek with vehicles, ie. farm equipment, etc. but it would have to be reinforced and may be widened.
