Rent is $750/mth per Room. Includes all utilities and wifi. We also have a cleaner coming in for common areas regularly and we have laundry facilities on site. Proof of employment, references, first and last month's rent along with a lease will be required. Long term renters will be given priority but we are flexible for contractors who wish shorter terms.
