Each room is rented fully-furnished and includes utilities (including Starlink internet) and one parking space. All rooms have a window with blinds, ceiling fan, adjustable baseboard heater, lockable door, sink, and closet.
- Regular room ($600/mo), 8x12ft. Single (twin-sized) bed, desk, office chair, dresser, closet, and sink.
- Large room ($700/mo), 16x12ft. Single or queen bed, desk, office chair, dresser, 2 closets, and sink.
- Suite ($750/mo), two 10x10 adjoining rooms with ensuite. One room furnished as a bedroom with a single bed and dresser. Second room furnished as an office with a desk and office chair. Jack-and-Jill ensuite (toilet and sink, no shower).
