We have a large boarding house with 6 large furnished bedrooms to rent. Unlike most places in town, which only provide you a room, we have plenty of common areas for you to relax in as well.
In addition to a large living room area, we have not 1 but 2 decks, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. We also have a large backyard with firepit for your enjoyment and lots of room for storage.
Rent is $900/mth per Room. Includes all utilities and wifi. We also have a cleaner coming in for the common areas regularly and we have laundry facilities on site. Proof of employment, references, first and last month's rent along with a lease will be required. Long term renters will be given priority but we are flexible for contractors who wish shorter terms.
