House Rental- Paquera

This 3 bedroom, 1 bath house was built in 2012, only used for a few months so it’s just like new.
It’s fully furnished with A/C , wifi included with a X-Large patio in the front of the house, enjoying your coffee in the morning while watching birds sing in the beautiful surrounding trees.
This property is located in a small community nestled amongst 10 houses, living the Tico lifestyle, with the beautiful beaches 10 minutes away, restaurants and stores are 5 minutes.
I purchased this lovely home in December 2023, since that time, I have a property manager that has furnished the house and planted over 50 trees all around the fenced in yard . I had surgery in January and cannot travel for months.
