Enjoy relaxing with all the comforts of home in this gently used 2017 Sport trek Travel Trailer currently located at Pigeon Lake Trailer Park, on the Kawartha Lakes. The trailer is situated on a beautiful large corner lot with many amenities just steps away. In the past few years a new deck & new hard top roof have been added, creating a large outdoor area to relax, entertain and cook in the large outdoor kitchen area. The lot also has a 8x10 shed for storage, with an extra fridge in it.
There are 3 slide outs and this trailer has been well cared for and maintained, it was resealed last year. Inside the trailer it can sleep 8-10, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 3 bunks in the 2nd bedroom and 2 pull out couches. There are multiple entertainment areas in the trailer and plenty of storage options. The kitchen is very roomy with an island and dinette area. There is a/c for those hot summer days and the option to use propane or electric heating, for those cool evenings. The trailer also features an electric fireplace.
There are many family fun events every year in this park, from dances, corn roast, bbq's to karaoke, and tons of things to do in Pigeon Lake trailer park, such as 2 pools to enjoy, a bouncy pillow for kids, multiple play parks, mini putt, bocce ball etc.,…… There is also a store, laundry area and shower rooms available. This large park is on Pigeon Lake and offers boat docks, giving you access to explore multiple lakes connected through the Trent waterway.
It has been a true joy to bring our family to this park, we have so many great memories and have made a lot of new friends. We will miss it immensely, but as our children are growing up, we feel we have many more things we want to experience, so we have decided to try some new adventures and move on. We have a 1967 Camaro that we have had for 5 years. Previous owner had a crate 350 installed and 5 speed manual swap original auto. In the past few years the following upgrades were completed. Full stainless 2.5 magnaflow exhaust. 4 wheel disc brake upgrade including everything from the master, booster to the Calipers including new lines. They brakes are a 2000 Camaro era style with proper e brake. The wheels are custom 18” billet specialties. Full led light upgrade including digitail sequential tail lights. Auto meter gauges in carbon fibre look bezel. Modern leather interior including morris classic 3 point seatbelts front and back. The front of the car was lowered prior to me getting it I didn’t like the rake so I lowered the back with hotchkis leafs. This is a nice clean cruiser that gets lots of attention and compliments. Don’t need to sell but don’t have much time to enjoy. I mostly drove this for fun with the kids. It drives really nice and no issues on the highway with the 5 speed. Nice clean solid car , Uploaded all the pics it allowed me to. Don’t need help selling thanks, please respond only if you are actually interested. Located in Scarborough kijiji won’t let me change my location for some reason.

Had a Jeep expert look over the car and these are a few things he had to say about it...
"Here are the things that stood out to me about the condition of the Jeep that the right buyer will appreciate..
The floors are 90% original with only some minor patching on the drivers side. All 3 original seats are in excellent condition with very minor signs of wear, the dash is excellent and everything in the interior is complete and in way above average condition.
The body is complete and solid, it's been protected with "WP Warrior Products" body armour and the doors have been replaced with "Bestop" tube half doors with the black diamond pocket enclosures..
Mechanically everything is intact and in working order. This is low km for the 2.5ltr 4 cylinder engine, it has the original Dana 30 and 35 axles with the factory installed 4:11 gear ratios..
This Jeep is a excellent candidate for a restoration that represents the factory year model offering If zombies or Jurassic park aren't your thing."

Genuine 11g in Metallic blue L35. German birth certificate to prove. Built on June 2nd 1953 and shipped to German dealer in Kaiserslautern

The 1953 VW is a very rare model with many 1 year only features such as:

Lowered Price. Asking 17900.
1940 Ford DeLuxe 4 door sedan. Restored about 8 years ago. Traveled about 5200 miles since frame off restoration.
Body has had a new floor properly welded into place. Everything else is original Ford steel. Paint is not perfect. Fenders and doors have touch ups to create a well maintained but not new appearance. The body was painted before being reunited with the frame.
Interior is a LeBaron Bonney kit. Properly installed. The shadows in the photos make it look like there is staining. No stains, everything is excellent.
Undercarriage is restored to stock. Tires are newer reproduction bias ply. Lots of tread, no cracks or scuffs. Mounted on early 50's Ford rims. Tires are tubeless. Brakes are new. New cylinders, drums, shoes, lines, etc.
Engine is a 1950 Ford block. Built with a Mercury crank, Offenhauser heads (original, not repros), Weiand intake, Stromberg 48 carbs (very similar to 97s without the cost) Mallory electronic distributor. GM one wire alternator. I think the headers are Fenton. Properly rebuilt, not a hap hazard rebuild. Electric fans and an aluminum rad. Never any heat issues.
Transmission is an original 3 speed column shift. Differential is stock 1940 Ford.
Wiring is Painless 21 circuit.
Lots more I can say, but best to call and talk to me. Come over, look at it, go for a drive. I can put it up on my hoist to see underneath easier.

Monte Carlo stabilizer Magnflow exhaust. Rebuilt AOD transmission with B&m Star Shifter. Chassis engineered frame connector welded in. 8”Trac Loc Posi with 355 Front suspension Moog with disc brake in front drum rear with Lakewood traction bars. Bumpers rechromed in Tennessee with 2 1/2” front tuck. 15 “American racing wheels . And 14” aluminum slots. Kept in heated garage ,So come take a look. Must be seen to appreciate.
