Looking for Carpenter

Looking a Carpenter/lead hand, someone that can read and understand a set of building plans and hand them back when the house is built. All work is within Peterborough area, mostly new homes, renovations and insurance restoration. Must have own truck and basic tools for most home projects (framing, trim, fine carpentry)
Pay based on experience.
