I’m a Trent University student looking for a clean, respectful and responsible roommate to share a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at Y Lofts.
Rent: $1,100 per month, but I’m willing to negotiate.
All utilities are included in the rent, including electricity/hydro, water and other standard utilities.
• 8 months minimum
The shared living areas are already furnished. You would only need to purchase or bring your own bed and personal belongings.
